Abstract:
Práce se zabývá implementací nákladového controllingu ve vybrané společnosti. Hodnotí přínosy systému, který představuje přísné sledování, kontrolu a řízení nákladů uvnitř podniku. Uvedené návrhy využívají nástrojů controllingu ke zvýšení konkurenceschponosti podniku a k jeho efektivnějšímu vedení.
Abstract:
The dissertation deals with the implementation of cost controlling in a particular company. It evaluates benefits brought by strict systém of monitoring, control and management cost in the company. The mentioned suggestions use the controlling instruments to raise the company competitiveness and to enables it‘s more efficint management.
