Attitude of nurses towards mentoring
Abstract:
Kvalita výuky studentů ošetřovatelství je základem vysoké úrovně zdravotnictví. Klíčovou úlohou je funkce mentora. Vzhledem k nové pozici mentora v českém zdravotnictví obsahuje práce průzkum ke zjištění postoje sester k mentorování, jejich zájmu o tuto práci a celkové znalosti o úloze mentora. Abstract:
The quality of nursing student education is the elementary prerequisite of high level of health care. Mentor plays the key role in this process. Corresponding with the new status of "mentor" within Czech health care this thesis includes a survey of nurses approach to mentoring, their interest for this work and overall knowledge about the role of mentor.
