The Bachelor's thesis focuses on the financial aspects of acquiring an investment apartment. It consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part deals with investment in general, indicators of investment return, and analysis of the real estate market. Bakalárska práca je zameraná na Finančné aspekty zámeru zaobstarania si investičného bytu. Obsahuje dve časti, teoretickú a praktickú. Prvá časť sa zaoberá investovaním vo všeobecnosti, ukazovateľmi návratnosti investície a analýzou trhu s nehnuteľnosťami. Metódy ROI (Return on Investment) a ROE (Return on Equity) sú podrobne vysvetlené v teoretickej časti a následne aplikované v praktickej časti. …more
