Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na návrh přívěsu kategorie O2, bržděný přívěs k přepravě vozidel s celkovou vahou do 3500 kg. Předpokladem je provoz přívěsu na pozemních komunikacích, musí tedy splňovat všechny požadavky zadané platnou legislativou, a to požadavky na spojitelnost v jízdní soupravu, povolené rozměry vozidel nebo jeho osvětlení. Koncepce se opírá o na trhu dostupné provedení přívěsů, na základě nich jsou voleny hlavní komponenty a podoba konstrukce, které nejvíce odpovídají zadaným požadavkům. Přívěs musí být vybaven všemi potřebnými komponentami, polotovary a díly by měli být cenově dostupné a zároveň dostatečně kvalitní. V programu Autodesk Inventor jsou podle nich vytvořené 3D modely, které jsou následně umístěné do sestavy přívěsu. Provedeny jsou výpočty naklápění, zatížení jednotlivých prvků a jejich následná kontrola. Navržená konstrukce je podrobena pevnostní analýze metodou konečných prvků, která poskytuje výsledky o tom, zda rám snese působící zatížení při různých stavech jako stání přívěsu, jízda zatáčkou nebo brždění. Přívěs je v závěru práce zhodnocen jako celek po stránce technické a ekonomické.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the design of a trailer of category O2, a braked trailer for vehicle transportation with a total weight up to 3500 kg. The prerequisite is the operation of the trailer on the road, so it must meet all the requirements specified by the legislation currently in force, namely the requirements for connectivity in the combination of vehicles, the permitted dimensions of the vehicles or its lighting equipment. The concept is based on the trailer designs available on the market, based on them the main components and the design of the structure that most closely match the specified requirements are selected. The trailer must be equipped with all the necessary components, semi-finished products and parts should be both affordable and of sufficient quality. In Autodesk Inventor, 3D models are created according to selected parts and then placed into the trailer assembly. Tilting calculations and strain on the individual parts calculations are performed and then these parts are inspected. The designed structure is subjected to a finite element strength analysis, which provides results on whether the frame can withstand the applied loads under various conditions such as trailer standing, cornering or braking. At the end of the thesis, the trailer is evaluated as a whole in terms of technical and economic aspects.
