Abstract:
Obsahem této bakalářské práce je zaměstnávání zahraničních pracovníků. Za účelem hlubšího porozumění této poměrně složité problematiky jsou v úvodu vymezeny základní pojmy, zejména prvky pracovněprávního vztahu, pojem cizinec a vízová problematika.
