Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice projektování rodinného penzionu ve Švédsku. Důvodem proč jsem si tuto bakalářskou práci vybral, je obdiv jak švédští stavitelé myslí, jak dokonale chrání přírodu, pracují s přírodními materiály, a jak celkově projektují domy s ohledem na ekologii. Cílem této bakalářské práce je tedy zpracování projektu s vazbou na životní prostředí a osazení objektu do specifické krajiny. Projekt penzionu bude zpracován jako součást přírodního krajinného ekosystému. Rodinný penzion se bude nacházet v jižní části Švédska. Konkrétně v jižním Gotalandu na břehu jezera Östra Ringsjön nedaleko univerzitního města Lund. Tuto lokalitu jsem zvolil hned ze dvou důvodů a to jsou mírné Středoevropské klima a nedaleké univerzitní město Lund. Při zpracování bakalářské práce jsem prostudoval tamější přírodní krajinný ráz, dané zvyklosti, tradice a architekturu Švédska. Na základě tohoto studia jsem dospěl k myšlence navrhnout relaxační rodinný penzion pro české studenty na výměnném pobytu ve Švédsku. A závěrem jsem zpracoval celý projekt daného rodinného penzionu. Má bakalářská práce byla v průběhu vypracování konzultována s Ing. Alenou Hynkovou, Csc. Celá stavba je umístěna do stoupajícího svahu od hladiny jezera tak, aby neporušila ráz okolí. Projekt má dvě podlaží. Střecha stavby opisuje sklon svahu a vrchol střechy je v jedné linii s vrcholem svahu. Pokud se na stavbu podíváme směrem od jezera, uvidíme jednotlivé balkóny čtyř apartmánů, které tvoří nejvýraznější prvek stavby a jsou orientovány na jih. Všechny stěny mezi vnitřkem stavby a balkónem jsou z velké části prosklené. Jestliže si stavbu prohlédneme z ostatních třech stran, bude nám penzion připomínat běžnou švédskou usedlost. Výsledkem této bakalářské práce budou výkresové části, technické zprávy a řešení veškerých problémů týkajících se projektu. Díky těmto výstupům může být projekt realizován.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the problems of designing a family guesthouse in Sweden. The reason why I chose this bachelor thesis is my admiration for the way the Swedish builders and architects think, the way they protect nature and work with natural materials. I also admire their environmental approach to nature conservation when they design the houses. The aim of this thesis is to elaborate the project linked to the environment and placing the object in a specific landscape. The project of family guesthouse will be treated as part of the natural landscape ecosystem. Family pension will be located in the southern part of Sweden. Specifically, in southern Götaland on the shore of Lake Östra Ringsjön near the university town of Lund. I chose this location for two reasons - temperate climate of the Central Europe and the proximity of university town of Lund. When processing the thesis I have studied the local landscape, the customs, traditions and architecture of Sweden. On the basis of this study, I came to the idea of designing a wellness family pension for Czech exchange students in Sweden. And then according to these criteria, I worked out the entire project of family pension. Continuously I consulted my thesis with Ing. Alena Hynková, Csc. The entire building is located in the uphill from the lake level so that it does not disturb the character of the surroundings. The building has two floors. The roof’s structure copies the uphill in the same rake angle and the top is in line with the top of the slope. When we look towards the building from the lake view, we see four separate balconies of apartments, which consists of the most distinctive element of the building and are oriented to the south. All the walls between the interior and the balconies are largely glassed-in. When you look at the building from the other three sides, it will remind us ordinary Swedish homestead. The result of this thesis will be the drawing’s parts, technical reports and solutions to any problem related to the project. With these outputs the project can be realized.
