Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na smlouvu o dílo ve výstavbě zacílenou na osobu zhotovitele. Podrobně se zabývá vymezením práv a povinností smluvních stran dle platné právní úpravy Občanského zákoníku, zákon č. 89/2012 Sb. The thesis focuses on a contract for work in development aimed at the contractor. It deals in detail with the definition of rights and obligations of the contracting parties according to the currently valid modification of the Civil Code N°89/2012.
