Abstract:
Nádorová onemocnění představují jednu z nejčastějších příčin úmrtí, zejména ve vyspělých zemích. Proto nabývá na významu výzkum nových léčebných strategií, které by zvýšily úspěšnost jejich léčby. Vδ1 T lymfocyty představují menšinovou populaci γδ T lymfocytů v periferní krvi zdravých jedinců a rozpoznávají ligandy produkované v důsledku buněčného stresu a nádorové transformace. Malignancies of different origin represent one of the most frequent cause of death, especially in the developed countries. Thus, the ongoing development of new treatment approaches with better rates of success becomes more significant.
