Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci se věnuji nejznámější asociaci mezi HLA-komplexem a chorobami, popisuji vztah mezi antigenem HLA-B27 a ankylozující spondylitidou. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části popisuji lidský histokompatibilní systém a jeho asociaci s nemocemi, uvádím také choroby asociované s antigenem HLA-B27. Abstract:
In my Bachelor´s task I devote to the most famous association between HLA-complex and diseases. I describe relation between the antigen HLA-B27 and the Ankylosing spondylitis. My Bachelor´s work is divided into two parts. In a theoretical part I describe the human leukocyte antigen system and its connection with diseases.
