Abstract:
Bakalářská práce zpracovává téma "Zaměstnanecké benefity", první část je zaměřena na platnou legislativu. Praktická část analyzuje zavedené benefity ve firmě ABC s.r.o., je provedeno dotazníkové šetření a porovnání s platnou legislativou k 31.12.2013. Na základě zjištěných informací je navrženo nové řešení.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis elaborates the topic of "Employee Benefits". The first part is focused on the legislation in force. The practical part analyzes the establised benefits in company ABC Ltd., a questionnaire survey has been executed and the result were compaired to the as of 31 December 2013 valid legislation. Based on the information gathered, a new solution was proposed.
