Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou komunikace s osobou demonstrující úmysl sebevraždy z pohledu zdravotnického záchranáře. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Cílem je zjistit komunikační dovednosti záchranářů s jedincem manifestující sebevraždu. Teoretická část práce stručně shrnuje poznatky z odborné literatury, poskytuje vysvětlení základních pojmů, úvod do problematiky a postupy, kterými se mají zdravotničtí záchranáři řídit při kontaktu se suicidálním jedincem. Praktická část práce je vedena formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru se zdravotnickými záchranáři, kteří v rámci své praxe popisují své zkušenosti a komunikační techniky se suicidálními jedinci.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis deals with communication with persons demonstrating suicidal intents from the perspective of a paramedic. The thesis is divided to theoretical and practical parts. The goal is to map communication skills of paramedics towards persons with suicidal tendencies. The theoretical part briefly summarizes findings from professional literature, offers an overview of the problematics and its basic terms and the procedures paramedics should follow when in contact with suicidal individuals. The practical part consists of findings resulting from a semi-structured interview with paramedics, who, based on their past practice, describe their experience and communication techniques with suicidal individuals.
