Tato práce se věnuje otázce digitálního vlastnictví, jeho vymezení a právům, jež se k němu vztahují. Obecná část obsahuje pojednání o charakteru digitálního majetku a jeho forem, včetně srovnání různých definic a přístupů k jeho regulaci. This thesis focuses on the issue of digital property, its definition and the rights relating to it. The general part includes a discussion of the cha-character of digital property and its forms, including a comparison of different definitions and approaches to its regulation.
