Tato práce se zabývá smlouvou o smlouvě budoucí, její funkcí a podstatou. Zmiňuje a popisuje některé rozdílnosti v pojetí tohoto smluvního ujednání mezi občanským a obchodním zákoníkem. Obsahuje i základní podmínky, které se smlouvou úzce souvisejí, s jejich komentářem. This thesis deals with the agreement on a preliminary contract, its function and principle. It describes main differences between its concepts based on the Civil Code and the Commercial Code. It also focuses on conditions, which are closely linked with this agreement and are properly commented on.
