The Roots of anti-Semitism
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce „Kořeny antisemitismu“ se soustředí na popsání vzniku a následný vývoj antisemitismu. Úvodní část práce se věnuje židovským dějinám, počátkům antijudaismu ve starověku, následně přeměně antijudaismu v antisemitismus. Dále je zde vylíčen středověký antisemitismus a jeho projevy. Poslední část práce je zaměřena na rasový a nacistický antisemitismus.
Abstract:
Thesis "The roots of anti-Semitism" is focused on describing the origin and further evolution of anti-Semitism. The introductory part is focused on Jewish history, the origin of Judaism in antiquity, followed by conversion of anti-Judaism to anti-Semitism. Next part of this thesis is about medieval anti-Semitism and its manifestations. The last part is focused on racial and Nazi anti-Semitism.
