Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu „Vymáhání pohledávek za právnickými osobami“. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé pojmy v oblasti pohledávek. Jejich vznik, zajištění pohledávek, způsoby vymáhání pohledávek a zánik pohledávek, jak vysvětluje odborná literatura. V praktické části jsou analyzovány pomocí metody sběru dat konkrétní způsoby vymáhání pohledávek.

This thesis deals with „Claims and enforcement of legal entities.“ Theoretical part of the thesis describes particular concepts in the field of claims – their creation, ensuring of claims, ways of enforcement of claims and termination of claims, as described in the specialized literature.
