Tato práce se zabývá podnikáním a to, jak jednotlivců, tak obchodních společností v České republice. Jsou v ní popsány základní charakteristiky podnikání a podmínky pro provozování jednotlivých druhů podnikání. První kapitoly jsou věnovány obchodním společnostem a individuálnímu podnikání.
