Forensic examination of the linguistic performance

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o analýze jazykového projevu v písemné formě v rámci kriminalistického zkoumání. Je řešena problematika určení autora, nebo pisatele textu na základě rozboru písemného projevu, který může být i úmyslně zkreslen například v případě anonymních dopisů. Bylo zjištěno, že v případě písemného projevu z jazykového hlediska lze určit osobnost, věk, pohlaví a další rysy autora textu, ale také, že se z grafického hlediska velmi těžko skrývají navyklé tahy pisatele. Toto zkoumání se prakticky využívá zejména v případě ručně psaných textů, k určení pachatele.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of language expression in the written form in the context of a forensic examination. It dealt with the issue of identification of the author, or the author of the text on the basis of the analysis of written speech, which may even be deliberately distorted, for example, in the case of anonymous letters. It was found that in the case of a written speech from a linguistic point of view can determine the personality, age, gender and other features of the author of the text, but also from the graphic point of view very hard to conceal habitual strokes of the writer. This examination is practically used in particular in the case of handwritten texts, to determine the offender.
