Práce se zabývá postavením územních samosprávných celků v rámci veřejnoprávních původců. Na jednotlivých příkladech manipulace s dokumenty demonstruji specifika výkonu spisové služby na obecních, městských a krajských úřadech. Bachelor Paper is about a position of municipal authority units which exist by within the framework of public agencies. I illustrate specifics of records management in local and regional offices in the Czech Republic on examples of manipulation with documents and Acts.
