Abstract:
Tématem mé bakalářské práce je kriminalisitická charakteristika trestného činu a typologie mladistvých. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické se zabývám charakteristikou trestného činu, dále pak přímo protiprávními činy páchané mládeží, vlivy na jejich jednání a v závěru prevenci. The Bachelory Thesis deals with criminological characteristics of crime and typology of minors. The Thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is about the characteristics of crime, unlawful acts committed by minors, influences to their negotiations and at the end of work is prevention.
