Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá proteiny p53, IFI16 a 14-3-3, které jsou zahrnuty v nejrůznějších signálních drahách a interagují s DNA. Práce je zaměřena na interakci zmíněných proteinů s DNA a s křížovými strukturami in vitro a in vivo.
Abstract:
This work is focused on p53, IFI16 and 14-3-3 proteins, which are involved in various signalling pathways and are capable of binding DNA. Main focus is on interaction of these proteins with DNA and cruciform structures in vitro and in vivo.
