Photometric titration in analytical chemistry practicals
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá využitím fotometrické titrace v praktiku z analytické chemie. V této bakalářské práci byla fotometrická titrace využita ke standardizaci kyseliny ethylendiamintetraoctové a pro stanovení kovů. Za pomocí spektrofotometru Spekol a spektrofluorimetru SpectroVis Plus bylo určeno pKa indikátoru. Výsledkem práce je návod úlohy, která bude využita v praktiku z analytické chemie.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with application of photometric titration in the practical class of analytical chemistry. The photometric titration was used for standardization of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid and for determination of metals. The pKa indicator was determinated by measurement on Spekol spectrophotometer and SpectroVis Plus spectrofluorimeters. Thus, this thesis provides experiment instructions …more
