ANOTACE Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá problematikou oceňování energeticky úsporných staveb. Součástí této práce je potřebná legislativa a celkový popis energeticky úsporných sta-veb. Abstract:
ANNOTATION The theoretical part deals with the valuation of energy-saving buildings. Part of this work is the necessary legislation and a general description of energy-saving buildings. Furthermore, this work deals with the practical part, which is valued house and light manufac-turing facility. The final analytical part of the thesis analyzes the real estate market in Prague 3.
