Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá strukturou a formou veřejné správy na československém území připojeném k území nacistického Německa na základě Mnichovské dohody v říjnu roku 1948. Diplomová práce se věnuje nejen organizaci ale také personálnímu obsazování jednotlivých funkčních míst v rámci státní správy i samosprávy. Závěr je pak věnován porovnáním veřejné správy ve vytvořené Říšské župě Sudety s uspořádáním v předválečném Československu a uspořádáním a personálním obsazováním orgánů veřejné správy po událostech v Únoru 1948. Cílem je seznámit s vývojem veřejné správy v rámci Říšské župy Sudety a porovnání některých aspektů organizační a personální politiky s předválečným obdobím a období po Únoru 1948.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the structure and form of public administration in Czechoslovak territory connected to the territory of Nazi Germany under the Munich Agreement in October 1948. The diploma thesis deals not only with organization but also with personnel occupation of individual functional positions within the state administration and self-government. The conclusion is devoted to the comparison of the public administration in the established Sudetenland of Sudetenland with the organization in the pre-war Czechoslovakia and the organization and staffing of the public administration after the events in February 1948. The aim is to acquaint them with the development of the public administration within the Sudetenland of the Reich and the comparison of some aspects of organizational and personnel Policies with the pre-war period and the period after February 1948.
