Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou motivace a hodnocení zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku, která představuje jeden z klíčových aspektů správně fungující společnosti. The bachelor thesis deals with motivation and remuneration od employees in the selected company, which is one of crucial aspect of a well-functioning company.
