Mitigating and Aggravating Circumstances
Abstract:
V bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na vymezení pojmu trestní sankce, rozdělení trestních sankcí a ukládání trestních sankcí. Dále zde popisuji jednotlivé okolnosti polehčující a přitěžující dle trestního zákoníku .
Abstract:
In the thesis I focused on the definition of criminal sanctions, and imposition of criminal sanctions. Also describe the various mitigating and aggravating circumstances under the penal code.
