Modernization of finance department using robotization

Abstract:

Cílem práce je představit robotizaci jako součást modernizace finančního oddělení. Bakalářská práce pojednává o výhodách a nevýhodách plynoucích z robotizace a současně porovnává aktuální nabídku robotizačních softwarů na trhu. Dále jsou představeny příklady využití robotizace a fáze projektu. Součástí práce je zaznamenání dvou konkrétních algoritmů práce robota v diagramu. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení investice při koupi licencí za roboty a výpočet základních ukazatelů jako je cost-benefit analýza a úspora celkových nákladů finančního oddělení. Hlavním závěrem práce je zjištění, že robotizace je výhodnou a rychle návratnou investicí.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to introduce the robotization as a part of the finance department modernization. The bachelor thesis deals with the advantages and disadvantages of robotization and compares the current offer of robotizing software on the market. Furthermore, examples of robotization and project phases are presented. Part of the thesis is the documentation of two specific algorithms of robot work in the diagrams. The practical part is focused on the evaluation of the investment in the purchase of licences for robots and the calculation of basic indicators such as cost-benefit analysis and savings in the total costs of the finance department. The main conclusion of the thesis is the finding that robotization is convenient and quickly returning investment.
