Comparison of criminal and administrative punishment
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá komparací správního a soudního trestání. Rozdíly mezi správním a soudním trestáním jsou spatřovány zejména v účelu, poslání, funkci příslušných trestních předpisů. Práce bude zpracována metodou popisnou a komparativní. Vzhledem k rozsáhlosti tématu bude pozornost při komparaci zaměřena na vybrané oblasti správního a soudního trestání.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the comparison of the administrative and judicial punishment. Differences between the administrative and judicial punishment are seen mainly in purpose, mission and function of the relevant criminal laws.
