Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje aplikaci operačního výzkumu v oblasti problematiky příjmu bílkovin. Konkrétně se jedná o použití speciálního případu lineárního programování, tzv. úlohy o dietě. V teoretické části jsou popsány bílkoviny z pohledu biochemie a výživy, dále je uvedena stručná teorie operačního výzkumu. This Bachelor Thesis deals with application of operational research in protein intake. Specifically the thesis applies the diet problem, a special case of linear programming. The teoretical part describes proteins from both biochemical and nutritional perspective and also introduces the theory of operational research briefly.
