Tato práce podává základní informace o józe, které by mohli být přínosné v klinické rehabilitaci. Pojednává o systému jógy, o spojitosti s fyzioterapií, ale také o jejích benefitech a úskalích. This Bachelor thesis presents basic information about yoga, which could be beneficial for the field of rehabilitation. The study discusses the system of yoga, the connection to physiotherapy, its benefits and risks.
