Zpracujte přehledně tuto tématiku z pohledu starosty obecního-městského úřadu. Co by měl vědět, jak si počínat, jaký sw. potřebuje k tomu aby - vyhověl požadavkům státní správy - plně využil nových možností na svém uřadě.
Abstract:
Explore this topic carefully and clearly from the viewpoint of the mayor of the municipality. What he should know, how he should act, what software he needs to make better use of new possibilities in his office, fully meeting the requirements of state administration.
