Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o mitochondriální DNA a jejím využití v diagnostice a identifikaci organismů. Pomocí molekulárně biologických metod je možné druhově zařadit organismy a získaná data využít v lékařství, potravinářském průmyslu a vědě. Abstract:
This is focused on mitochondrial DNA and its use in the diagnosis and identification of organisms. Using molecular biology techniques, it is possible to classify organisms and use the data in medicine, food industry and science.
