Human-Centered Information Security in an Organization

Abstract:

Člověk je považován za nejslabší článek v systému informační bezpečnosti. Pokud chce manažer informační bezpečnosti na tuto hrozbu reagovat, tak potřebuje porozumět tomu, jak řídit informační bezpečnost v organizaci, jaké faktory způsobují to, že je člověk největší hrozbou a nakonec, jaká bezpečnostní opatření aplikovat za účelem snížení rizika této hrozby. V této práci se zaměřujeme na všechna tato témata.

Abstract:

Human is considered as the weakest link of information security system. In order to reduce risk of this threat a manager of information security needs three types of information. First of all he has to understand how to manage information security in his organization. Secondly he has to understand what are the factors which cause human threat for the information security system. And finally he has to know which countermeasures he should apply to reduce this threat. We focuse on all of this topics in this diploma thesis.
