Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou bytové politiky v České republice a ve městě Rájec-Jestřebí. Hlavním cílem je charakterizovat bytovou situaci v Rájci-Jestřebí, uvést stavy bytového fondu, zdůraznit problémy bydlení a vývoj obecní bytové výstavby. Práce je členěna do čtyř základních částí. The bachelor work is concerned with topic housing policy in Czech republic and in Rájec-Jestřebí. The aim of the work is to characterize the housing situation in Rájec-Jestřebí, imparts the numbers of habitat, emphasize the main problems of housing and the development of municipal housing construction.
