Cílem práce je popis aplikace zásady nediskriminace v rámci GATT a WTO, který se projevuje zejména v režimu nejvyšších výhod a národním režimu. Práce popisuje historický vývoj těchto režimů, jejich vymezení ve smlouvách GATT, GATS a TRIPS včetně výjimek i diskuzi nad výhodami a nevýhodami zásady nediskriminace zejména na příkladu nepodmíněného režimu nejvyšších výhod. The paper deals with the application of non-discrimination principle in GATT and WTO, which is represented mainly in the most-favourite-nation treatment and the national treatment.
