Abstract:

Práce se zabývá zmapováním problematiky diverzity managementu ve vybraných firmách. V jednotlivých kapitolách je popsáno, co je to diverzita, diverzity management a co s sebou tento poměrně nový nástroj personální strategie přináší. Pomocí rozhovorů s personalisty vybraných firem bylo zjištěno, že pojem diverzity management jim z teoretického hlediska není cizí, ale v praxi firem má jen velmi malé zastoupení a je vnímán většinou pouze v rovině rozdílnosti pohlaví a věku. Pouze mezinárodní firmy měly diverzity management součástí firemní strategie.

Abstract:

This work maps the problem of diversity management in selected companies. The individual chapters describe what is diversity or diversity management and what to do with them this relatively new tool provides HR strategy. Using interviews with recruiters selected companies, it was found that the concept of diversity management to them from a theoretical point of view is not foreign, but in practice, companies have little representation and is seen mostly in the plane of the gender and age. Only multinational companies had diversity management part of the corporate strategy.
