Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je věnována stručnému vývoji lidských práv se zaměřením na práva žen a porovnáním zásady nediskriminace aplikované v právu EU a v České republice.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with brief development of human rights with focus on rights of women and comparison with principles of non-discrimination that are constituted in laws of the European Union and the Czech Republic.
