This diploma thesis deals with controlling in the business, with the analyses of controlling the costs in business, appreciation of the costs and proposal of solutions to cost reductions. Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá controllingom v podniku, analýzou controllingu nákladov v podniku , zhodnotením nákladov a návrhom riešení zníženia nákladov. Skladá sa z troch kapitol a obsahuje 10 obrázkov, 15 tabuliek a 12 grafov.
