Anotace Diplomová práce porovnává úroveň vytrvalostních schopností seniorů. V teoretické části seznamuji čtenáře s pojmy, které s daným tématem souvisí, zejména se stářím a jeho vymezením a se změnami v životě seniorů. Zmiňuji zde psychické i pohybové zvláštnosti seniorů, možnosti pohybových aktivit a v neposlední řadě se zabývám vytrvalostními schopnostmi obecně i konkrétně ve vztahu ke stáří. Praktická …more

Abstract The thesis presents level comparison of endurance abilities of seniors. The first section introduces concepts related to the given theme with emphasis on old age and its delimitations, and changes in seniors‘ lives.
