Analysis of logistic transport process in the selected company

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce na téma "Analýza logistického procesu dopravy ve vybraném podniku" je analýza a zhodnocení současného stavu logistického procesu dopravy ve společnosti JIP východočeská, a. s. a navržení řešení, která povedou ke zvýšení výkonnosti a hospodárnosti tohoto procesu. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny a vysvětleny základní pojmy z oblasti logistiky, mezi které patří pojem logistika, definice logistiky, strategie a cíle logistiky, dále členění logistiky a logistických procesů. V praktické části je představena společnost JIP východočeská, a. s., její historie, vývoj a současný stav. Dále je zde analyzován logistický proces dopravy, zhodnocení současného stavu logistického procesu a navržena řešení, která povedou ke zvýšení výkonnosti a hospodárnosti tohoto procesu.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis entitled "Analysis of the logistic transport process in the selected company" is the analysis and evaluation of the current condition of the logistics transport process at the company called JIP východočeská, a. s. and propose a solution which will improve efficiency and economy of the process. The theoretical section introduces and explains the basic concepts of logistics, which include the concept of logistics, logistics definition, strategies and targets of logistics. Moreover there are included division of logistics and logistics processes. In the practical part the company JIP východočeská, a. s. will be introduced its history, evolution and current condition. In this part there is also analyzed logistic transport process, evaluation of the current condition of the logistics process and propose a solution that will improve efficiency and economy of the process.
