Zaměstnanecké benefity a jejich analýza v konkrétní společnosti

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je teoreticky pokrýt oblast zaměstnaneckých benefitů a v praktické části analyzovat jejich poskytování v konkrétní společnosti pomocí dotazníkového šetření a následně doporučit zlepšení vyplývající ze zjištěných skutečností. Teoretická část práce se nejprve zaměřuje na základní informace o benefitech, jako je jejich definice, cíle a historie. Dále pak popisuje nastavení strategie zaměstnaneckých benefitů a jejich základní dělení do skupin. Na závěr hodnotí průzkum poskytování zaměstnaneckých benefitů a poskytuje teoretický pohled na několik vybraných benefitů. Praktická část práce obsahuje popis zkoumané společnosti, zejména z hlediska poskytovaných benefitů. Dále je zde rozhovor s HR manažerkou zkoumané společnosti. Na závěr je vyhodnocen provedený dotazníkový průzkum ve společnosti a na jeho základě jsou navržena doporučení ke zlepšení.

Abstract:

The goal of this Bachelors thesis is to theoretically cover employee benefit and in practical part then analyze them in a specific company through questionnaire research and suggest improvements based on that. Theoretical part focuses on the basic information first such as definition, goals and history. Description of employee benefits strategy and their distribution in groups by various criteria follows after that. Closing the theoretical part this thesis offers analysis of research of employee benefits and describes some of them.Practical part starts with description of the company, where the research is done, this part covers mainly history and services that the company offers to its customers. Then there is an analyzed interview with HR manager of the company. This part ends with results of the questionnaire research and with an offer of solutions or improvements.
