Reactivation of inhibited cholinesterases
Abstract:
Vývoj nových reaktivátorů acetylcholinesterasy stále pokračuje, protože žádný ze známých reaktivátorů není dostatečně účinný proti všem inhibitorům acetylcholinesterasy. Představená metoda měření aktivity acetylcholinesterasy v "průtočném analytickém systému" se může uplatnit při testování efektivity nových reaktivátorů acetylcholinesterasy.
Abstract:
Development of new acetylcholinesterase reactivators still continue because any of known reactivator is not sufficiently effective against all inhibitors of acetylcholinesterase. Presented method of measuring acetylcholineseterase activity in "flow injection analysis system" could be applied with testing of new acetylcholinesterase reactivators effectivity.
