V této diplomové práci se zabývám srovnáním jednotlivých forem správy majetku po rekodifikaci soukromého práva v České republice. This thesis is focused on dealing with comparison between forms of asset administration after the recodification of private law in the Czech Republic. I describe some types of asset administration set up inter vivos, which are mainly consist of foundation, trust, affiliated fund and donation with an order.
