Abstract:
Práce se skládá ze dvou různých částí: rešeršní a výsledky a diskuse. Rešeršní část obsahuje údaje o výzkumu prameništních řas, popisuje biolithogenezi a v jedné kapitole se zabývá vývojem koncepce druhu v diatomologii. This work consists of two parts. The background research contains information on research of spring fens algae, describes biolithogenesis and in one chapter, evolution of species concept in diatomology is treated.
