Cílem bakalářské práce je vyhodnotit genderové mzdové rozdíly v zemích Evropské unie. The objective of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the gender wage gap in the European Union countries. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the issue of the wage gap, the factors that contribute to this issue and the European Union's approach to eliminating the gender wage gap.
