Práce se zaměřuje na právo stavby jako specifický právní institut, jež má své kořeny v římském právu a byl do českého právního řádu znovu implementován v rámci rekodifikaci soukromého práva prostřednictvím zákona č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník. The thesis focuses on construction law as a specific legal institute, which has its roots in Roman law and was re-implemented into the Czech legal system within the recodification of private law through Act No. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code.
