Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je návrh inovace v procesu nálezování leteckých turbovrtulových motorů ve firmě GE Aviation Czech s.r.o. První část práce popisuje proces jako takový a je dán do kontextu letectví, konkrétně oprav a procesu nálezování. Také obsahuje možné budoucí trendy v oblasti údržby letecké techniky. Ve druhé části je společnost stručně popsána a jsou vyjmenovány její hlavní procesy. Proces nálezování byl rozdělen do časových intervalů všech postupů prostřednictvím sledování celého procesu a identifikace toho, co se s každým dílem po nálezování stalo. Následně bylo vytvořeno grafické shrnutí. Ve třetí části této práce byly vytvořeny a zhodnoceny tři hlavní návrhy na zlepšení procesu s popisem budoucí realizace.

Abstract:

The topic of the diploma thesis is the proposal of an innovation in the process of finding aircraft turboprop engines at the company GE Aviation Czech s.r.o. The first part of the thesis describes the process itself and situates it within the context of aviation, specifically repairs, and „findings“ process. It also includes possible future trends in the field of aircraft maintenance. In the second part, the Company is briefly described, and its main processes are listed. The process of locating was divided into time intervals for all procedures through the tracking of the entire process and identifying what happened to each component after its finding. Subsequently, a graphical summary was created. In the third part of this thesis, three main proposals for improving the process, along with descriptions of future implementation, were created and evaluated.
