Abstract:

Inteligentné dynamické ekosystémy, ktoré zahŕňajú rôzne vzájomne prepojené systémy, ako sú napr. autonómne vozidlá, sa vyznačujú svojou dynamickou povahou. V rámci týchto ekosystémov inteligentné agenti navzájom interagujú a neustále sa prispôsobujú meniacim sa podmienkam. Keďže však narastá komplexnosť týchto ekosystémov a ich prepojenie s ľudskými aktivitami, ich bezpečná a eticky zodpovedná prevádzka sa stáva kritickou výzvou. To zdôrazňuje potrebu zaviesť správu týchto ekosystémov založenú na dôvere a zabezpečiť v nich dodržiavanie etických zásad, čo v súčasnosti predstavuje značnú medzeru vo výskume. Táto práca sa zameriava na vyplnenie medzery vo výskume v oblasti riadenia inteligentných dynamických ekosystémov pomocou integrácie riadenia dôvery do stratégií riadenia a podporovaním sociálnej a etickej zodpovednosti. Pre tento účel je poskytnutý prehľad súčasného stavu stratégií riadenia spolu s popisom výskumu pre zaistenie hodnotového riadenia pre inteligentné dynamické ekosystémy. Cieľom je navrhnúť koncepčný rámec, ktorý bude jasne definovať hlavné riadiace mechanizmy a predstaví logickú architektúru aktérov zapojených do riadiacich procesov tak, aby boli splnené požiadavky na riadenie týchto ekosystémov, vrátane budovania dôvery a dodržiavania etických princípov a dohodnutých hodnôt v rámci ekosystému.

Abstract:

Smart dynamic ecosystems, which encompass diverse interconnected systems such as autonomous vehicles, are characterized by their dynamic nature. Within these ecosystems, smart agents interact with each other and continuously adapt to changing conditions. However, as these ecosystems grow in complexity and become deeply intertwined with human activities, their safe and ethically responsible operation becomes a critical challenge. This underscores the need for establishing trust-based governance of these ecosystems and ensuring their adherence to ethical principles, which currently represents a notable research gap. This thesis proposal focuses on filling the research gap in governance of smart dynamic ecosystems by integrating trust management into governance strategies and fostering social and ethical responsibility. To this end, an overview of state-of-the-art governance strategies is provided, together with the description of research towards value-based governance for smart dynamic ecosystems. The goal is to design a conceptual framework which will clearly define the main governing mechanisms and present a logical architecture of the actors involved in the governing processes, so that the governance requirements posed by smart dynamic ecosystems are met, including building trust, complying with ethical standards, and adhering to agreed-upon values within the ecosystem.
