Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice lidí s duševním onemocněním - stigmatizace, sebestigmatizace a následné reintegrace spojenou s kompletní resocializací lidí s duševním onemocněním. V práci jsou rozpracovány druhy duševního onemocnění, ale práce bude primárně zaměřená na schizofrenii. Součástí práce je rozpracování kazuistik lidí trpící těmito nemocemi a jejich dosavadní příběhy. Jedná se, jak o lidi dlouhodobě stabilizované v domácím prostředí, tak i lidi, kteří přichází z psychiatrických zařízení. Dále jsou zde zpracovány sociální služby, které lidem s duševním onemocněním pomáhají v následné reintegraci a resocializaci právě pro propuštění z psychiatrických zařízení. Cílem práce je zmapovat postoj veřejnosti k lidem s duševním onemocněním, zjisti míru stigmatizace ze strany veřejného mínění a zmapovat možnosti sociálním služeb, které pomáhají k reintegraci a resocializaci lidem s duševním onemocněním do společnosti a možnosti následné péče. Dále postoje samotných jedinců v různých dílčích oblastech.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the problems of people with mental illness - stigmatization, self-stigmatization and abuse of reintegration associated with the complete resocialization of people with mental impairment. There are scattered types of mental illness in the work, but the work will focus on schizophrenia. Part of the work is the elaboration of case reports of people suffering from disease records and their previous stories. You are both about people stabilized in the home environment for a long time and people who come from psychiatric facilities. There are also social services that have a mental illness that helps in possible reintegration and resocialization just for discharge from psychiatric facilities. Focus on perceiving people with mental illness issues, seeking peace on public stigma, and mitigating social services opportunities that help reintegrate and re-socialize people with mental disabilities into society and health care opportunities. Other attitudes of individuals themselves in various sub-areas.
