Táto bakalárska práca je zameraná na problematiku firemnej kultúry finančnej inštitúcie. Skladá sa z štyroch hlavných kapitol a niekoľkých podkapitol. V prvej teoretickej časti práce sa zaoberám definovaním prostredia hyperkonkurencie, globalizácie a rýchleho vývoja trhov.
