Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Kriminalita mládeže“ pojednává o problematice kriminality dětí a mládeže v současné době v naší společnosti. Jejím cílem je nejprve objasnit příčiny vzniku delikventního chování mládeže a to především působením vlivů rodiny, školy a vrstevníků. Dále nám má ukázat dnešní přístup k mládeži v trestním řízení vedeném policií, dalšími orgány a institucemi, jejich vzájemnou spolupráci a specifikovat jednotlivé druhy trestných činů, především ty nejčastěji páchané. V neposlední řadě pak popsat vývoj a momentální stav kriminality na okrese Břeclav pomocí statistických dat a porovnat ho s celorepublikovým trendem.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis „Criminality of Youths” deals with the problem of criminality of children and youth in our society in these days. Its aim is to clarify the causes of origin of the delinquent behaviour of youth that are mainly caused by the influence of the family, school and peers. It should also show the present access towards youth in criminal procedure led by the police, other authorities and institutions, it should also show their interactive cooperation and should specify the variety of crimes especially of the most frequently commited. Last but not least it should describe the development and actual status of criminality in Břeclav region by using statistical data and it should compare this with the whole-republic tendency.
